Onop provides AI-driven project management tools, including automation of task management, real-time progress tracking, and project insights for software teams and freelancers. To provide the intended services, we collect and analyze data from various sources, including third-party applications such as Jira, GitHub, and other workplace tools. In addition, Onop’s technology collects and analyzes screenshots of users’ screens during work sessions to generate automated work summaries. This data collection enables Onop to deliver accurate, real-time insights and progress updates for users. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and analysis of such data.
User Accounts
To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Users can opt out of screenshot collection by disabling specific features, but doing so may limit the functionality of the Services.

In no event shall Onop’s total liability exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
